Propylene glycol

Vaseline Cetomacrogol Cream FNA contains the preservative propylene glycol. Propylene glycol can sting affected skin, especially babies' and young children's skin. In case of hypersensitivity reactions, choose a propylene glycol-free version, such as Cetomacrogol Cream with 20% Vaseline or Lanette Cream with 20% Vaseline. These two alternatives are preserved by sorbic acid.

Usage

For dry to very dry skin, treatment with a cream or ointment is a solution. For dry skin without excessive flaking or rough patches, regular cetomacrogol or lanette cream is sufficient. For very dry skin, a cream with added Vaseline or an ointment is a better option. Use the rich cream or ointment at least twice a day.
