The Equalizing Toner is an exfoliating toner that refreshes skin and improves its texture. This pH-restoring toner combines hydroxy acids to gently exfoliate dead skin cells, with botanical extracts of witch hazel, rosemary, aloe, and chamomile to soften, soothe, and tone skin.
