How to use
Start with a thin line in the inner corner of your eye, then extend the line along the lash line of your upper eyelid, thickening the line toward the outer corner. Sharpen with the pencil sharpener to narrow the tip. Immediately after application, the formula is extremely smudge-proof and soft. Perfect for creating a smoky look that seals in 30 seconds.
